Backyard Special Bumper and lip for 96-98 Civic fitment. Discontinued. This bumper was purchased new in Jan of 2014 from ICBMotorsports. Was painted 1 time, got some scratches on the top surface and was primed but never repainted. The bumper is in excellent shape, it never actually ran on a car so it’s clean top to bottom
